Expand description

Configuration for a feedback pot in an op-amp gain stage.

Stores topology info so the op-amp can recompute its gain from the pot’s current resistance, without relying on external side-effect systems.

DEPRECATED: Only used in test code. The compiler pipeline uses WdfStage::notify_pot_changed() + incremental recompute instead. Will be removed once test helpers are updated.

Fields§

§pot_comp_id: String

Component ID of the pot controlling gain.

§other_leg_r: f64

Resistance of the other leg (Ri when pot is Rf, Rf when pot is Ri).

§fixed_series_r: f64

Fixed resistance in series with the pot.

§parallel_r: Option<f64>

Fixed resistance in parallel across (pot + series R). None if no parallel R.

§pot_is_feedback: bool

True = pot is in the feedback (Rf) leg; false = pot is in the input (Ri) leg.

§is_inverting: bool

True = inverting topology; false = non-inverting.
