Module routing 

Phase 5: Wire routing (orthogonal Manhattan paths).

Routes wires between component pins using orthogonal (Manhattan) paths. Signal path wires run horizontally on the center line. Supply wires run vertically to the rails. Feedback wires route along the bottom.
